Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. It is effective in treating various medical conditions; infertility; and, pain management. Accelerated surgery recovery and the reduction of side effects from chemotherapy, radiation and prescribed medications are also known benefits. Enhanced well-being, esteem and reduction in symptoms related to depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship problems are included among the benefits.

Guided meditation allows for effortlessness that may be difficult to achieve on one's own. Guided meditations are easy to do and suitable for people from many different backgrounds. They do not reflect a particular religion or spiritual tradition. Instead they are universal in their style and expression. Feeling under pressure or experiencing stress-related symptoms?
