Just Walk-in Mondays - Thursdays between 10am and 4pm. Check in at the front desk and you will be provided some questionnaires to complete. Once completed, a member of our clinical staff will score the questionnaires and provide you feedback as to your results. Feedback will include diagnostic results and recommendations. If we cannot meet with you while you are here, a clinician will call you to review your results, make recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
